This new edition, 1-day practical course will train the individual in the administration of Adult Emergency Oxygen Administration in accordance with the new British Thoracic Society Guidelines as well as Adjunctive Airway Management.  Control of catastrophic haemorrhage is covered, including the use of Haemostatic Agents  Students must complete the knowledge development on-line prior to completing the practical elements before the start of the course, as well as an online exam.

Basic diagnostic techniques are demonstrated for the specific pathology of diving disorders, including Pulmonary Barotrauma and Decompression Illness.  The First Responder will also be able to administer Basic Life Support in accordance with current European Resuscitation Council Guidelines, including the use of an Advisory External Defibrillator.
